Sunningdale Durham, NC In 2008 in Sunningdale, 9 homes sold through the MLS for an average price of $242,044 and an average price per SqFt of $130. This compares to 9 homes per year over the previous three years selling for average per SqFt of $122.

Sunningdale is across Hope Vally Road from Hope Valley Farms and Woodcroft. Of the homes sold in the past five years in Sunningdale, most are about 1501 to 2500 SqFt on a lot of about 0.3 acre. 30% were single story and 58% were two story, typically Transitional or Traditional in style with exterior finishes of Partial Brick or HardBoard. Among the homes in Sunningdale, 78% have 9-10 ft ceilings, 30% have a fenced yard, and 95% have a deck. Most were built between 1990 and 1999.
